The divorce function has been launched on the portal and in the " Diya " application. Divorce is now available online. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Affairs .
Even during difficult life decisions, the digital state remains by your side to preserve your time and emotional resources, the message says.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs has launched online divorce in "Diya" - now spouses who do not have common minor children can file an application in a few clicks directly in the application.
How online divorce works
One spouse creates an application in the "Diya" application, and the other receives a request - there is 12 hours to confirm. Then the system checks all the data in the registers.
The couple will have a month to make a final decision, and if they change their mind, the application can be canceled.
Couples who can dissolve their marriage in "Diya" are:
- have no children together;
- confirm mutual consent through "Action.Signature" in the application.
The service is paid for by the initiator in a single payment when submitting the application. The cost is UAH 2,872.
At the same time, the possibility of offline contact with the DRACS department remains for those who prefer the classic format.
We would like to remind you that starting September 15, the "Diya" application will automatically generate certificates for academic grants for students entering 2026. To receive them, you do not need to submit additional applications.
